MyFLog is a personal food logging application that allows you to:

  • Track restaurants, dishes, and meals
  • Rate and review your food experiences
  • View analytics about your eating habits
  • Optionally track food-related spending

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information
  • Maintaining the security of your password
  • All activities that occur under your account

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content

Your Data

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service (restaurant names, dish descriptions, photos, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display this content to provide the Service to you.

Content Guidelines

  • Infringes on others' intellectual property rights
  • Contains malicious code or harmful content
  • Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of personal food logging. You may not:

  • Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by MyFLog and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

7. Free Service

MyFLog is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but we will always maintain a free tier with core functionality.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Any errors will be corrected
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyFLog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
